Societal values and infrastructure governance

Sarah Marie Hall is a Reader in Human Geography and UKRI Future Leaders Fellow (2021-2025) at the University of Manchester. Her research contributes to the broad field of geographical feminist political economy: understanding how socio-economic processes are shaped by gender relations, lived experience and social difference. Recent and ongoing projects are concerned with everyday life in times of economic change, social reproduction and relationships, and feminist methods and praxis. She has published seven books, including as author of Everyday life in austerity: family, friends and intimate relations (Palgrave Macmillan) and co-editor of Engaging with Policy, Practice and Publics: Intersectionality and Impact (The Policy Press).
